PC Dotplot EMAIL address correction

Whoops!  The correct email address for those not on JANET is

biophys at v1.ph.ic.ac.uk

as kindly pointed out by Martti Tolvannen.

The software is useful but still a bit rough.  All comments welcome.

In uuencoded form the entire executable and other bits occupy about 70K.
There is a readme.txt file to explain the rudiments, but if this needs
expansion, please tell me.
