Looking for MSDOS vt100 emulators in Public Domain

I'm working on a network interface project that uses alot of 
software from the public domain. I was wondering if anyone knows
of any public domain vt100 emulation software for ms-dos (excluding
Procomm, etc) with a nice gi - preferrably a pico-like look and feel?
