*Macaw Manual

Dick Hoffmann made a request for a way to get the MACAW manual.

If you drop Greg Schuler a note at schuler at ncbi.nlm.nih.gov  he will
send you a nice hardcopy of the manual.  It is MUCH easier to learn how
to use Macaw with the hardcopy manual than to try and figure it
out from the docs that come with the ftp file.  Kudos to Greg et al. for
writing and supporting Macaw.
