Transcription factor software

Dear bio-soft network:
	I am looking for a program to check new peptide sequences for motifs
(domains?) characteristic of known transcription factors.  For instance, zinc-
fingers, leucine zippers, helix-loop-helix, homeodomains, POU domains etc..  It
would have to run on VAX/VMS, UNIX or PC machines.  Any help at all will be
greatly appreciated.
