Program for alignment with "boxes" ?

Hallo netters, 

does anybody know of a program which, when given as input alignment of several 
sequences, adds boxes around aminoacids when more than ?% are equal (as you can
often see in publcations). I would prefer version for PC or SGI and ftp-able 
programs.
