Enzyme Kinetics s/w

Hi

A biochemist colleague of mine is looking for a program to do the 
following:

Given a mixture of two enzymes, one high Km, one low Km, both acting on
the same
substrate, and a series of reaction velocities, he wants to find the
individual
Kms for the two enzymes.

Does anybody out there have as program for the Mac or a spreadsheet model 
for Excel or similar spreadsheet that will do this???
