	Peter, there are several publications which may help:
		"Approved Lists of bacterial names" 
		"Index of the bacterial and yeast nomenclature changes"
		"International code of nomenclature of bacteria"

	These are ASM (American Society for Microbiology) publications, I 
	believe.
