program for comparing amino acid compositions

I would really appreciate if anyone can tell me or send me a copy of any 
softwares that compare the compositions of three different proteins.
The results of the comparison would give a relative value that tells 
one protein is more similar to another.  I was told that TCG program maybe
able to do it, but I don't have access to it.  Thanks a lot in advance.
