? SIMULINK modelling software

 I recently came across an advertisement for SIMULINK (Math Works Inc.) 
in the journal "Simulation". It looks as though it may be a multi-platform
alternative to STELLA (Macs only). Does anyone have any experience with 
SIMULINK, or can you direct me to published software reviews.
