Image (*.gif/tif/jpeg) of whole human body

I require an image (scanned/X-ray) of the whole human body for a presentation.
Are there any sites that may contain one ?  It need not be very detailed.  Colour
image is of course preferable.  Any format (GIF/JPG/TIF/PCX/...) will do.
