Hi

Does anyone know where to get a cheap program that will put boxes around
similar residues in a group of aligned sequences. Im Mac based, but would be
willing to learn how to deal with encoded PC files if anyone would like to
give me an idiots guide to decoding them after I get them by ftp.

Shaded boxes would be even nicer!! :-)
