You might want to try J.P Priestle's RIBBON program suite. This is UNIX
software to create Jane Richardson style drawings from Brookhaven PDB files.
It is available by anonymous ftp from gserv1.dl.ac.uk (148.79.80.10), the
archie service can probably provide you with sites on your side of the
atlantic.
