Conversion between .ent file to .pdb file??

I am not quite sure what you mean.  The ent files are perfectly
readable.  If you wish to use a dos machine to read them
however, you have to do something with the end line
character since they are unix derived files.  There are a couple
of conversion programs in the SIMTEL-20 archive that work well.
