Primer design?

Hi

I need a DOS/Windows utility that will enable me to design the best primer 
for a series of similar DNA's. In this case it is for mouse IgA, so I need 
to be able to feed it a lot of Framework sequences, and get a primer that 
will be the best average fit.

Any help will be appreciated!
