Color font (Mac) available

To follow up on a recent thread concerning the color display of sequence
alignments, I mentionned that the use of color fonts might be worth a look.
If you have a color Mac, you can upload the BKGCuclc font file from
ftp.bio.indiana.edu by anonymous ftp in the INCOMING directory (soon to be
relocated in Gopher). This font is useful to display nucleic acid sequence
aligments and makes it very easy to fine tune manually. A similar approach
could be used for protein sequences by constructing appropriate fonts. This
font was produced by M. Sogin using FontStudio, other informations in the
acompanying ReadMe file.
