Dear helpers, Could anyone help me finding/calculate a PileupPep.Cmp matrix from the values of the BLOSUM (i.e.BLOSUM62) matrix (Henikoff & Henikoff, 1992 PNAS 89, 10915) which could be use as a protein symbol comparison table by the GCG Pileup program? Thanks Eric Schoonejans es @ jii.afrc.ac.uk
