Hello, Does anyone know of any software, preferably free- or shareware that can create a DNA sequence encoding a given amino acid sequence with a preferred codon frequency and maximum number of unique restriction sites? Otherwise I guess I shall have to do it by hand, but being naturally lazy I'd rather not ! Thanks for any help, Chris Pook c.pook at ic.ac.uk
