I looking for a program that will predict a protein`s secondary structure from its sequence and then allow me to compare the secondary structures of a number of proteins. The program must be able to run either under UNIX or DOS/Windows. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Andrew St. Jean University of Ottawa
