I've had some indirect experience with the PAUP program (version 3.1) in making parsimony trees (viral). I believe they are all Mac-based. I would like to try to obtain a similar program for IBM-PC/ MS-DOS. I would even be willing to pay for it ! :-( Is there such a thing, or will I have to get a Mac just for this one application?
