READSEQ as a .DLL ?

Hello,
 
  has anybody out there compiled Don Gilbert's READSEQ unit to
a DLL file for use with MS-WINDOWS? It seems to me a rather obvious
thing to do since it is very convenient to use the READSEQ
routines in my own programs.
I would do it myself but i do not have a C compiler. I would like
to use the routines either from Borland Pascal or from Visual Basic.
