Looking for software

Dear Netters,

I am looking for any software, commercial or public domain,
which does some modelling for dynamical systems.  I would
like to model stochastic linear and nonlinear dynamical
process.  Hopefully programs could handle both difference
and differential equations system.  If anyone could 
give me some lead,  I would be more than grateful.
