NCBI BLAST Output filters

Hi,

has anyone written any parsers for UNIX (shell scripts or C)
to filter the output of BLAST so that the following information
can be viewed on request:

	- header information 
	- histogram (somtimes we want to see it and this decision is 
	  best made after doing the search)
	- Query, Database, one-line descriptions of the database 
	  sequences that yielded one or more HSPs
	- high-scoring segment pairs
	- Parameters and/or Statistics
