Need a binary dump program for a Mac.

I don't suppose anyone knows of a Mac program that will allow a binary dump 
of a Mac file (in hex, for example).  We have some wierdness with some files 
that are getting corrupted and we would like to look at where exacly they are 
getting messed up.
