find image/software for medical staff/student

I am building an expert system on medical and need a varity of images in
medical fields

	1.anatomy picture
	2.cytology picture e.g. blood cells
	3.brain sections
	4.bacteria and parasite
	5.virus and em
	6.any other picture of medical fields

The picture can be in any forms 
 		e.g  gif ,pcx ,tiff,wpg


In additon ,I want to find some software about neurophysioloy
