Fluorescence in situ Hybridization (FISH) software

I am looking for information of software to analyze FISH (fluorescence in situ
hybridization) labeled micrographs. We are particularly interested in analyzing
specific chromosome regions, highlighted in FISH studies, for the purpose of
fingerprinting, chromosomal abnormality detection and gene assignment. Thanks in
