Mac based programs for General Genetics

I am looking for Mac-based applications which would be useful for a
college-level general genetics course. A program which might help students
understand Mendilian genetics, DNA structure, DNA replication,
Transcription and Translation, Population genetics or Molecular genetics. 

If you could e-mail me your suggestions and where they might be (1)
archived or (2) purchased, I'd appreciate it.
