       Template files can be FTP'd from:

          ftp.u.washington.edu      in directory: pub/user-supported/templates 

       I posted earlier that this used to be available on an NIH gopher but
       seems not be be there any longer.  I checked out the above FTP site, 
       MAC and MSDOS/WIN files are there.
