suggestions for software required

Hi,

I am looking for software for the analysis of the following:
RAPD data
restriction site data
RFLP data

I would also like to know if there is anything out there which can be used
to map restriction sites.

I prefer to use a mac, but if anyone has suggestions for other platforms,
please include them.
