Dear Netters, Does anybody know where I can find free a program predicting DNA bendings from a sequence and giving a picture or data suitable for a publication? I know that it exist as a part of the expensive DNAStar package. What about other programs? Thank you in advance for any suggestions. Sincerely, Alvydas.
