CD Spectral Analysis

We have a stack of CD Spec. data.  We have FORTRAN pieces of an
analysis program called "CONTIN," retrieved from an Archie search.
However, the program arrived in pieces, and there is no README.DOC
to explain how to put the pieces together or how to enter the data
afterwards.

Can anyone help, please?
