what do you use to draw plasmids?

In that case, I use DNA Strider, and later, I modified the result with Canvas.

For mac computers, you have 

    - PlasmidArtist, that gives pretty results but it is not a real mac program

    - MacPlasmap, which is freeware a give good results.
