sec.str. and aa comp.

Hi!
I have looked (it will probably come out that it was not hard enough)
for e-mail servers and/or progs to search protein databases according
to secondary structure and amino acid composition.
I have this clone that doesn't look like anything out there. Perhaps
search agains secondary structures or amino acid comp would give me
something (aa comp of "my" protein is rather peculiar).
Any pointers?
