Does anyone know of a straightforward way to create a three-dimensional
theoretical model of a protein based on secondary structure prediction
analyses ? For example, if you know a protein is a trans-membrane channel
protein and hydrophobicity analysis predicts that the protein consists of
16 beta sheet segments what would be the best software to use to create
a three-dimensional model of the protein ?
Thanks very much.
