Plasmid drawing program

I have used Gene Construction Kit for about 4 yrs. now and find it to be great.  It is 
very versitile and with a little imagination you can use it to draw proteins.  I 
regulary use it to make publication quality figures as well as fiqures for notebook 
documantation.
