fingerprinting softwares

Hi:
I have done some RAPD fingerprinting work on grape varieties and my data
are now on Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.  I would like to compare the
similarities among the varieties and make a dendrogram. Could somebody give
me some advice on what's the best approach to do this, what software(s)
should I use (preferrably on Mac) and where to get the software(s)?
