Importing BIDS-EMBASE output into Reference Manager

Has anybody tried importing BIDS-EMBASE output (from an E-mail message) into
reference manager for windows? I've tried and it just doesnt seem to
recognise anything using the BIDS-EMBASE filter supplied with the program.
Any ideas  of why or what my text file should look like would be gratefully
appreciated.
