NIH Image + QuickCapture card on a PowerMac?

We are currently using NIH Image with a Data Translation QuickCapture card
to capture video images on a Centris 650. Now Apple offers a PowerPC
upgrade for the Centris at a reduced price.
Has anyone tested this setup on a PowerMac so far?
