Listserv groups...

I'd like to get some information on how and who to contact in regards to
setting up a listserv group.  I realize this probably isn't the place to
post this but I'm not sure where it should go.  I'd appreciate any constructive
advice and or name & e-mail adds as to who I can chat with next.

Reason:  in regards to reference managers, Endnot has such a group and I'd
like to explore the possibility of setting on up for Papyrus users as well.
