DCSE 3.0 alignment editor for X-Windows

We just installed DCSE 3.0 and it looks good. The only thing missing
are manuals and documentation in printable form, I don't mean UNIX
manual pages which are included.

Is there a full manual or documentation of DCSE 3.0 available?
