I am not lying (why would I do that?), but I also do not have access to our
computer at the moment to check the details of your order since I am writing
this from home. Without knowing any of your specifics, I can say that we
have a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy, which also translates to a
similar period if you find out that you are eligible for a lower price.
Sometimes we receive orders without student ID. Sometimes we receive orders
through purchasing departments. Give us a call tomorrow (1-800-315-7300)
and we should be able to work things out. You can send email too, but you
will be probably be able to get an instant answer (or refund) if we can
talk to you.

The same goes for anyone else, of course, which is why I am posting.
