Simple DNA sequencing shareware

You can find various free and shareware software for sequence
analysis by anonymous ftp or Gopher to ftp.bio.indiana.edu.
The Mac stuff is in folder molbio/mac/, while Intel/Dos/Win stuff
is in folder molbio/ibmpc/.  For DNA to AA, you might want
to look at SeqApp (Macintosh) in folder molbio/seqapp/.

The DNA Strider program some mention is now a commercial program.
While a few years ago it was distributed at no cost, it was never
distributed on the Internet, as the author specifically requested
that not be done.
