HELP! Dot Matrix Hydropathy Plot

Dear Ulrik,

There is a program (that can be obtained by ftp) called 'plot.a/dot'
which does what you want (I think). It can be used together with the
editor 'aa.data' - they are both part of a package of protein analysis
programs (10 different or so). However, it is for Mac so it will
perhaps be of no use to you?
