conversions: 3 to 1 letter codes

I wrote a spread sheet to do this because I didn't have time to find a
program... It was pretty easy thing to do. It is in Excel (for mac).
Suppose you could transfer it to just about any other spreadsheet
format. Tell me if you want it.
