looking for computer programe for linkage analysis

Hi, Everyone:

Does anyone know if there is a computer program to do linkage analyses 
with data combined from two crosses? i.e. if you have molecular 
markers scored in two populations of one species, assuming 
translocation and reversion is not significant, how would you combine 
the data and build one linkage map? Any assistance and comments are 
greatly appreciated.
