Looking for EPED/STATCALC ETC

hi,
	I was just wondering if there were any place to ftp
this software? It is created by the CDC and WHO and distributed by
USD, Inc.. the manual said that the manual and programs are in the public 
domain and may be freely copied. 
	I am just looking for an anonymous ftp site for them...
