Densitometric analysis of graphic files

Hi all,
 using a videocamera connected to a PC I have obtained good images (in 
 TIFF format) of electrophoresys gels. What kind of softare can I use 
 to analyse  (integration, 2D, 3D representation) these files?
 Any hint will be very appreciated.
