Ramachaddran plots

Hello out theree,

I'm looking for Ramachadran plots in ASCII format for (l/d)-ALA, GLY and
PRO-like residues. Can somebody help me where I can get these diagrams? (Or
a program to calculate them).
That is, I want a matrix of numbers
indicating whether a phi/psi pair of torsion angles is allowed or
not (and possibly to what degree).
