ClustalW and GDE

Several months ago I inquired about GDE menu code for ClustalW,
and promised a summary.  Please see my recent announcement
in this group concerning GDE MenuBuilder.  It contains one
of the ClustalW menus someone sent me (chosen randomly --
I will put the others in soon).
