If you are considering supercoiling, you may want to contact Prof. Wilma Olson
at Rutger University (olson at chemf.rutgers.edu) or her collaborator Dr. AR
Srinivasan (SRINI at chemf.rutgers.edu).  Their program was published in Journal
of Molecular Graphics vol 6, no.3, pp 126-134 (1988).
