I don't know anything about systematics, so I may be off base, but you
might try Joe Felsenstein's ftp site at
evolution.genetics.washington.edu (128.95.12.41).  I think he has some
sort of classification package there.  Also, there's a very popular
package called MacClade from Sinauer and Associates, though again I
don't know if this is what you're looking for.
